I’ve always been drawn to organizations tackling complex global challenges, and I’m deeply motivated by the kind of impactful work my clients do. My legal expertise is rooted in that same sense of purpose. I believe the law should be a tool that empowers mission-driven teams — not a barrier that slows them down.
I began my legal career as a project finance lawyer at a global law firm, representing private and public entities, including development finance institutions, on domestic U.S. and cross-border projects. Over the years, I’ve worked in-house, first working at a multinational renewable energy company, and later at an international development organization, further solidifying my interest in renewable energy and climate projects.
Those experiences taught me that effective legal advice requires not only a knowledge of the law, but also a strong understanding of the environments in which organizations operate.
My practice is built around one core idea: legal support should be thoughtful, practical, and aligned with your mission. I work with clients navigating legal issues in global operations, whether that means reviewing cross-border agreements, understanding local regulatory contexts, managing risk, or structuring partnerships that work across systems.
I aim to create a working relationship that is grounded in real-world demands — especially in sectors where stakes are high and goals go beyond the bottom line.
When you need advice that supports action, not just analysis, I’m here to help.
