I am drawn to organizations tackling complex global challenges and am deeply motivated by the kind of impactful work development professionals do.

I began my legal career as a project finance lawyer at a global law firm, representing private and public entities on domestic U.S. and cross-border projects, primarily in the renewable energy space. Over the years, I’ve worked in-house, first at a multinational renewable energy company, and later at an international development company.

Those experiences taught me that effective legal advice requires not only a knowledge of the law, but also a strong understanding of the environments in which organizations operate.

My practice is built around one core idea: legal support should be thoughtful, practical, and aligned with your mission. I work with clients navigating legal issues in global operations, whether that means reviewing cross-border agreements, understanding local regulatory contexts, managing risk, or structuring partnerships that work across systems.

I aim to create a working relationship that is grounded in real-world demands, especially in sectors where stakes are high and goals go beyond the bottom line.
